Have a go at this great ISDR Game. You can plan to reduce the impact of a variety of different natural disasters and play at a range of levels of difficulty – I started on the easiest.

Podcasting is an excellent way to revise for many people. You should aim to create your podcasts early so that you can start to use them well before the exams. Remember your podcast script needs to be concise yet contain the facts,figures and vocabulary that the examiners are looking for to award higher exam grades. If you’d like me to read your scripts before you record I’d be happy to.

People were especially worried about this flood threat in case there was a repeat of the disastrous flooding which happened in the East of England in 1953. The floods of 1953 are a classic case study which you should be able to detail – if you can’t check out the link below.
